HELMS Unveiled New Company Logo
Kuala Lumpur, 2 January 2018 – Helms Geomarine Sdn Bhd (HELMS) started the new year of 2018 by unveiling the new corporate logo which marks the next phase of its journey in the offshore site investigation industry.
HELMS new logo was designed by a California-based designer Diyana Farihah who worked closely with the HELMS team. The process involved numerous discussions and draft versions before the logo’s finalized design.
The new logo has a familiar feel to it with its vibrant Green, the color of life, nature, and energy, is associated with meanings of growth, safety, and environment. Orange, is a mixture of the energy associated with red and the happiness associated with yellow whilst Blue represents the sea environment, and is associated with open spaces, imagination, expansiveness and inspiration.
The name ‘Helms Geomarine’ was also retained as a significant amount of goodwill and trust has been associated with the name for over the past 8 years. While representing a corporate face, the new logo has a specifically designed logotype which includes a hint of technology and that signifies Helms Geo as a reliable and responsible engineering company. It also demonstrates a mindset to push boundaries.
This new logo is the company’s second logo since its inception and it symbolizes Helms Geo’s identity, a company that strives for excellence in product quality delivery and customer service and care for the environment.
Started active trading in 2011, HELMS disposed its offshore geotechnical and survey unit in January last year and it has since emerged as an independent seabed testing and survey contractor operating mainly in the Southeast Asia and the Middle-east regions.
