HELMS Secures New PETRONAS Licenses for Offshore Site Survey and Positioning Services

Kuala Lumpur, 31 October 2025 – Helms Geomarine Sdn Bhd (HELMS) is proud to announce that the company has officially been granted new PETRONAS Licenses for Offshore Site Investigation and Offshore Positioning services. These approvals complement HELMS’ existing PETRONAS licenses for Offshore Soil Investigation, further expanding the company’s portfolio of offshore capabilities.

This milestone marks a key step in HELMS’ continued growth as a fully independent Malaysian offshore geotechnical and survey company, recognized for meeting PETRONAS’ rigorous technical and governance standards.

With the new licenses in place, HELMS is now fully authorized to deliver integrated offshore geotechnical and geophysical survey solutions, encompassing a complete suite of site investigation, positioning, and seabed characterization services.
