HELMS and GEOVIEW Celebrate Safe & Swift Campaign for Anma Offshore Wind

Busan, 13 May 2025 – Helms Geomarine Sdn Bhd (HELMS), in support of its Korean partner Geoview Co., Ltd. (GEOVIEW), is proud to announce the successful completion of an offshore geotechnical investigation campaign for the landmark Anma Offshore Wind Project—one of South Korea’s first utility-scale offshore windfarms.

The scope of work included cone penetration tests (CPTs) and rock coring operations for the purpose of wind turbine foundations design. Leveraging both companies’ experience in navigating Korea’s challenging offshore geology, the campaign was completed efficiently with minimal downtime.

Despite marginal weather conditions, the team achieved zero incidents—demonstrating a strong commitment to operational safety and compliance.

This campaign also marks another successful deployment of the newly mobilized G-Star geotechnical spread. With HELMS delivering geotechnical drilling and in-situ testing, and GEOVIEW managing the marine spread operation and overall project management, the partnership continues to strengthen its reputation as a reliable provider of offshore geotechnical services—supporting the fast-growing offshore wind sector in South Korea and the broader region.
