INTEGRATED GEOPHYSICAL DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM

The Integrated Geophysical Data Acquisition System is a centralized survey platform designed to acquire, monitor and manage data from multiple geophysical survey sensors during offshore operations. The system integrates navigation, positioning and geophysical instrumentation into a single real-time acquisition environment, enabling efficient survey execution, comprehensive quality control and reliable data management.

The Integrated Geophysical Data Acquisition System receives synchronized data from a wide range of survey equipment including multibeam and single beam echo sounders, side scan sonars, sub-bottom profilers, marine seismic systems, magnetometers, GNSS positioning systems, Motion Reference Units (MRU), gyrocompasses and USBL acoustic positioning systems. All incoming data are continuously synchronized, displayed and recorded in real time, allowing survey personnel to monitor equipment performance, data quality and survey progress from a single operator workstation.

Designed for continuous offshore operation, the system provides real-time navigation displays, acquisition monitoring, quality control and secure data recording throughout the survey campaign. Integrated processing and visualization tools enable the immediate verification of sensor performance, survey coverage and data integrity, allowing operational adjustments to be made during acquisition to maximise survey efficiency and minimise rework.

The Integrated Geophysical Data Acquisition System is widely used for offshore hydrographic surveys, marine geophysical investigations, geotechnical site investigations, pipeline and cable route surveys, offshore construction support, renewable energy developments and environmental baseline studies. By providing seamless integration of multiple survey sensors and navigation systems, the platform ensures accurate, synchronized and high-quality survey data, supporting the successful planning, execution and delivery of offshore engineering projects.
